A good effort. You've drawn some limbs at difficult angles here, some that even I have a challenge with. I know hands are hard to draw but look at the directions that the backs of the hands are facing while is arms are facing at an angle, try to get the palms of the hands to face at an angle like you did with the arms. Try using geometric shapes for the palms if you find doing this difficult.

Pay more attention to eye:face ratio, the eyes are too big for the face. Also try drawing a more 3D effect with the hair, it looks like a sheet over his face rather than looking like it's attatched to the head. For the Size of his head I think there should be a bigger bonnet on his scalp and fewer bangs. I know that some manga artists tend to draw the eyes and eyebrows over the hair. But when you do it, it doesn't look very good, try drawing the eyes and eyebrows underneith the hair for the next few illustrations, or try to draw the bangs away from the eye area.
